  Allows adding of an article into the resource archive

  Add a News Item to the FoxCentral news table.
• DeleteItem
  Deletes an individual News item. Only provider can delete this item.
• GetArticleEx
  Returns an article as an object XML string.
• GetArticles
  Retrieves a string based XmlToCursor list of articles to the client.
• GetArticlesEx
  Retrieves a filltered list of articles in XmlCursor style string.
• GetItemEx
  Returns a news item as an object string.
• GetItems
  Retrieves all the current news from a given date forward

  Retrieves all the current news for the last number of days specified
• GetProviderEx
  Retrieves an individual Provider entry as an XML string object.

  Returns an alphabetically sorted list of FoxCentral providers

  Returns a list of the news types available
• SaveArticleEx
  Saves or updates an article passed in as an object string.

  Saves a new or existing item based on an XML input string (object presentation).
